How does the Harmonized System?

For modern times, the need to number the goods is also born, that is, to put a code that identifies the merchandise and the codification of the goods is born and to solve this great need, the Harmonized System of Designation and Codification of Goods is created, tariff nomenclature which since 1988 we know as the Harmonized System of the World Customs Organization based in Brussels, Belgium, where they have signed and ratified the agreement of addition by 177 countries and is in operation in more than 220.
How is it classified?
One of the most important components when preparing a motion is to establish the correct tariff classification of the products, for which attention should be focused on three basic questions, which are: What is it?
