agente aduanal.<\/p><p>En los casos de las mercanc\u00edas sujetas a regulaciones y restricciones no arancelarias cuyo cumplimiento se realice mediante documento electr\u00f3nico o digital, anotar en el pedimento el acuse correspondiente.<\/p><p>Rendir el dictamen t\u00e9cnico cuando se lo solicite la autoridad competente.<\/p><p>Cumplir el encargo que se le hubiera conferido, por lo que no podr\u00e1 transferirlo ni endosar documentos que est\u00e9n a su favor o a su nombre, sin la autorizaci\u00f3n expresa y por escrito de quien lo otorg\u00f3.<\/p><p>Declarar, bajo protesta de decir verdad, el nombre y domicilio fiscal del destinatario o del remitente de las mercanc\u00edas, la clave del Registro Federal de Contribuyentes de aqu\u00e9llos y el propio, la naturaleza y caracter\u00edsticas de las mercanc\u00edas y los dem\u00e1s datos relativos a la operaci\u00f3n de comercio exterior en que intervenga, en las formas oficiales y documentos en que se requieran o, en su caso, en el sistema mecanizado.<\/p><p>Formar un archivo electr\u00f3nico de cada uno de los pedimentos con la informaci\u00f3n transmitida y presentada en mensaje o documento electr\u00f3nico o digital como parte de sus anexos conforme a los art\u00edculos 6o., 36 y 36-A de la presente Ley y dem\u00e1s disposiciones aplicables. Adicionalmente, deber\u00e1 conservar el original de la manifestaci\u00f3n de valor a que se refiere el art\u00edculo 59, fracci\u00f3n III de la Ley Aduanera, as\u00ed como copia del documento presentado por el importador a la Administraci\u00f3n General de Aduanas que compruebe el encargo que se le hubiere conferido para realizar el despacho aduanero de las mercanc\u00edas y si \u00e9ste fue otorgado de forma electr\u00f3nica deber\u00e1 conservar el acuse correspondiente. Con independencia de las dem\u00e1s obligaciones fiscales, el archivo electr\u00f3nico deber\u00e1 conservarse por los plazos establecidos en el C\u00f3digo Fiscal de la Federaci\u00f3n. Los archivos electr\u00f3nicos que se generen en t\u00e9rminos de esta fracci\u00f3n, deber\u00e1n ser proporcionados a los clientes que les correspondan, sin cargo adicional, quienes tendr\u00e1n la obligaci\u00f3n de conservarlos en t\u00e9rminos de lo establecido por el tercer p\u00e1rrafo del art\u00edculo 6o. de esta Ley.<\/p><p>Presentar la garant\u00eda por cuenta de los importadores de la posible diferencia de contribuciones y sus accesorios, en los t\u00e9rminos previstos en esta Ley, a que pudiera dar lugar por declarar en el pedimento un valor inferior al precio estimado que establezca la Secretar\u00eda para mercanc\u00edas que sean objeto de subvaluaci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>Aceptar las visitas que ordenen las autoridades aduaneras, para comprobar que cumple sus obligaciones o para investigaciones determinadas.<br \/>Solicitar la autorizaci\u00f3n de las autoridades aduaneras para poder suspender sus actividades, en los casos previstos en esta Ley.<br \/>Manifestar en el pedimento o en el aviso consolidado, el n\u00famero de candado oficial utilizado en los veh\u00edculos o medios de transporte que contengan las mercanc\u00edas cuyo despacho promuevan.<\/p><p><strong>\u2022 Presentar aviso al Servicio de Administraci\u00f3n Tributaria, dentro de los quince d\u00edas siguientes a aqu\u00e9l en que constituya una sociedad de las previstas en la fracci\u00f3n II del art\u00edculo 163 de esta Ley.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>\u2022 Acreditar, en su caso, ante cada aduana en la que ejerza la patente al menos a un mandatario autorizado por la autoridad aduanera.<\/strong><\/p><p>Someterse a los ex\u00e1menes a los que podr\u00e1 convocar anualmente de manera general el Servicio de Administraci\u00f3n Tributaria. Este deber\u00e1 publicar las reglas de car\u00e1cter general en las que se establecer\u00e1n los lineamientos para la aplicaci\u00f3n de los ex\u00e1menes que realizar\u00e1n instituciones acad\u00e9micas o especializadas en evaluaci\u00f3n y que est\u00e9n debida y previamente acreditadas ante el Servicio de Administraci\u00f3n Tributaria. Todos los costos que se generen con motivo de la aplicaci\u00f3n de los ex\u00e1menes
